Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

Spony Products may be returned, unused and in the same condition that they are received within 30 days from purchase.   We regret that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for items over 30 days.

Please include your name, address and the original order number with your return, along with a reason for the return, so that we may properly identify your order.   Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. 

SALE ITEMS 

Sale Items are final sales.  We regret that we are unable to process returns on Sale Items.

EXCHANGES

We would be happy to work with you on an exchange for any regularly priced product in unused condition within 30 days of receipt.    Please contact us at CustomerService@Spony.com with your Exchange Request and we will work with you on your exchange :- )  

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver so be aware they will be notified of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
